Alexander Tzonev is co-founder, member of the board of directors and CEO of Intracol Technologies AD. He joined Intracol bringing more than 16 years of technology industry leadership, software development expertise and management experience to his role in the company. Alexander oversees the corporate direction and strategy. He also plays a key role in developing strategic relationships and partnerships.

Before Intracol Alexander served as Manager Engineering and Site Lead for Cisco Systems development site in Bulgaria and was responsible for the project delivery from the site, building partnerships with vendors and universities and developing and implementing processes and best practices for the wider development group. Prior to Cisco he had experience both in enterprise and start-up organizations covering software engineering and management positions.

Ivaylo is a highly qualified entrepreneur and corporate executive specialized both in developing start-up and established organizations. He has more than 19 years of international experience in the fields of Information Technology, Financial Services, IT-Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing and Human Resources. He is a CEO of Bulpros and prior to the company he spent 17 years in different managerial roles at Microsoft, Adecco, SEB, Unisys and Comparex (PC Ware) across EMEA.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Intracol Technologies, Martin is responsible for day-to-day operations, as well as leading the overall planning, execution and delivery. In co-founding Intracol Technologies in 2014, he capitalized on more than 17 years of technology industry leadership and expertise in architecture, design, development and implementation.

Most recently, Martin was an Engineering Manager at Cisco, overseeing software development and managing people, teams, projects and processes at Cisco’s Bulgaria office, all in the spirit of his favorite quote: “Plans are nothing; planning is everything” (Dwight D. Eisenhower). Prior to that, Martin served as the Director of Web Systems at Marketing Analytics in Chicago, Illinois, where he and his team were instrumental in tripling the size of the software product portfolio and more than doubling the overall revenue of the company in the span of five years. Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Emil is Head of Business Development and Co-founder of Intracol. Previous to the company he was one of the most prominent product managers for Cisco in Bulgaria. Emil also led the Bright Technologies Ltd team for 4 successful years as a Managing Director.
